- Add sugar and yeast in half cup of warm water, mix and set aside for 10 minutes
- Take flour add milk powder & salt mix it well then add egg and oil mix again
- Add prepared yeast and sugar mixture and knead soft dough with lukewarm water place it in a large greased bowl wrap bowl with plastic wrap and place in a dark dry place for 1 hour to proof

- Put buns on a greased baking tray apply egg wash on top and sprinkle some sesame seeds and black seeds
- Bake buns in preheated oven at 180C/350F for 20-25 minutes
