The ingredients needed to cook Potato Wedges:
- You need 2 tbsp All-purpose flour
- Provide 2 tbsp Corn flour
- Provide 2 Potatoes medium size
- Take 1 teaspoon Black pepper powder

- You need 1 drop Soya sauce

- Firstly take a medium size potato and peel off the skin properly.

- Take a vessel and add 2cups of water to it and bring it to a boil.Add the potatoes to it.
- Par boil the potatoes (neither too soft nor too hard)
